Item's that haven't been used in a very long time incorporated into a project.

Today I used some newer items and older items.

Wacky Wednesday!

Wacky Wednesday Is Anything goes day! It can be 3D, pop-ups, and anything one can think of day. 

I had this Grand Idea all planned out in my head for today's layout. Then phone calls, chores, and anything else that could distract me happened. Once the crazy day calmed down, I was able to sneak off and create something in a Jiffy. 

An Embellished Easter Gift Bag

I  inked the paper with random color inks, from my color box collection. When I say random I mean random, I just pulled the stack apart and used the color that was there, closed it up when it came time to ink again, used what ever color was on top. I added clear rhinestones to one of the eggs. I added Stickles  to the other eggs "Golden Rod" & "Frosted Lace"  in the zig-zags, circles, and stripes. The last egg I glued on a few of little circles. The "Hoppy Easter" Saying, and two little eggs to the side are from The Spring sticker stack  by DCWV that I bought way back. The Bigger eggs are cut from Quickutz Easter Egg Border die CC-BDR-029. The top left corner is some crinkled up crepe paper. And the edges of the green paper are rounded from an EK success corner rounder.

Up and Coming Changes

Its time for spring!  The Paperteer and I have come up with some fresh ideas!!


We plan to have "themed" days, Where each day of the week will be a different technique or project.. We will post pictures of what we made and post a list of items used so you can make the same.. Or if you prefer you can find the item for sale in our Etsy Stores..


Also coming in the next few months.. Videos on YouTube!! We will keep you posted on this from each of our blogs :)

Tag it Tuesday

Today's item is a Tag

Front of the Tag

Inside of the Tag

The Tag was made from QuicKutz Nesting label. I cut the front and inside with the nest label, and folded it in half. The purple paper was from another paper pack set. The inside layer is a pink paper embossed with Cuttlebug Floral Screen, and inked with Close to my Heart "Blush" to bring out the embossing. The outside of the tag is inked with "Pansy Purple", from Close to my Heart. The three flowers on the front are from a set that I got a long time ago as well as the ribbon I used.

Inside of the Card, Holds a gift card

I used a Beige card stock for the card. I pulled out an old paper stack for the mat. The Butterfly is cut from Art Nouveau Cricut Cartridge. I inked the edges with Close to My Heart, Exclusive Desert Sand Z2118.

The Top corner I used the Stamp set C1491 from Close to My Heart, available in the Pemberley Workshop on the Go kit "Grateful for You".  The inside of the card I used the the same stamp set. I stamped multiple times "You Mean the World to me" using Indian Corn Blue Exclusive ink Z2130.
